You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. We collect information from you if you: subscribe to our newsletter, book a table for any of our venues online, book tickets to any of our events, use our wifi.

This information includes your name, email address, location, phone number and date of birth. In some instances, we collect postal addresses as we’re a bit old fashioned and like to send out physical tickets and invites from time to time.

We may also collect information about your computer, tablet or mobile, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration purposes and information about how you use our website. This is simply statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and you will not be identifiable as an individual from it.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

This website uses Google AdWords & Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, a site in the Google Display Network, or somewhere on Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google & Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Bourne & Hollingsworth websites (including event and venue websites). We use your information to communicate to you about things we have going on that we think you might be interested in and send you the occasional treat from B&H. You can opt out of these communications at any time. We only send you things we think you’ll like, and these may include details of other brands under the B&H umbrella.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

Email subscriptions: Data collected through our website newsletter sign up goes straight to our email client and data host Mailchimp which is secure and adheres to GDPR regulation.

Ticket and Table Bookings: Design my Night manages all of our ticketing for the events and bookings for the restaurant and bars. They adhere to GDPR regulation and are secure.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information. All our data is confined to Mailchimp and Design My Night who assist us in operating our bookings and email systems.

These parties may have access to personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis and will be contractually obliged to keep your information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
